Ride With Alfredo — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Survival Reflex LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and shares information in connection with ridewithalfredo.com, the m5ab.co referral links, and the Ride With Alfredo operator program (together, the "Services"). The Company's consumer subscription service, MakeMyAIBehave.com ("MMAB"), is governed by its own privacy policy; where a referral leads you to MMAB, that policy applies to your use of MMAB.

1. Information We Collect

From Operators

When you enroll in the operator program we collect your name, email address, and shipping address; your program records (your unique Tracking Code, referral and conversion counts, and your commission ledger); and your communications with us. Payments and payouts are processed by Stripe: your card details and your payout identity and banking information are collected and held by Stripe under its own privacy policy, not stored by us — we store account references and transaction records. Tax information required for IRS Form 1099-NEC reporting is handled through our payment processor.

From riders and visitors

When someone scans or types an operator's Tracking Code, we record the code used, the time, and standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) in our server logs, and a first-party referral cookie valid for ninety (90) days is set on the MMAB site so that a later signup can be credited to the referring operator. We do not collect rider names or identities through the referral link, and operators never receive personal information about riders — operator dashboards show aggregate counts only.

From site visitors

Like most websites, our servers automatically log standard technical information about visits (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps).

2. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the program: to create and manage operator accounts, print and ship kits, attribute referrals and conversions, calculate and pay commissions, and provide dashboards; to send transactional and program-related email; to detect and prevent fraud and attribution manipulation; to comply with legal obligations, including tax reporting; and to enforce our agreements. We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not sell personal information.

3. How We Share Information

We share information only with service providers who need it to perform the Services, and only what they need: Stripe (payment and payout processing), our print-fulfillment partner (operator name and shipping address, to print and ship kits), our email service provider (operator email, to deliver program email), and our hosting and database infrastructure providers. We may also disclose information where required by law or legal process, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this Policy continues to apply to the transferred information.

4. Cookies and Tracking

The Services use a small number of first-party cookies and tokens: the 90-day referral cookie described above, and session tokens that keep operators signed in to their dashboard. We do not use third-party advertising trackers on the Services.

5. Retention

We retain operator account and commission records for as long as your account is active and afterward as needed to satisfy tax, accounting, dispute, and legal requirements. Referral records that do not result in a conversion are marked expired after the 90-day attribution window. Server logs are retained on standard infrastructure rotation schedules.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices and Rights

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information by contacting us at alfredo@ridewithalfredo.com. We will honor verified requests except where retention is required (for example, tax and commission records). Operators receive transactional and program-operational email as part of participating; marketing email, if any, includes an unsubscribe link. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws; requests under those laws may be sent to the same address.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to children. Operators must be at least 18 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. United States Only

The Services are operated from the United States and intended for use in the United States. Information is processed and stored in the United States.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The revision date appears at the top, and material changes will be announced on the Services or by email to operators. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
